You too can now join in the first beta of the upcoming space-sim, all for the low low price of $150/120€
According to Frontier Developments CEO David Braben, over 10000 people have joined in already. My keen mathematic skills tell me that means that Elite: Dangerous already earned about 1 500 000 US dollars or 1 200 000 Euros. Anyway, here’s whats included in the Premium Beta:
- All the major features that have been added through the four Alpha phases are available In the Premium Beta
- Five star sytems measuring at 200 cubic light year volume of space
- The systems are centred around the Boötes constellation, with super-cruise for accelerated within-system travel and hyperspace jumps for travel between systems.
Also worth mentioning, the Premium Beta entry also secures the full game upon release and all the future expansions. Also, there’s a slightly more affordable Standard Beta option.
